Gamlastovo Gardsrestaurant

One of the most unique farm restaurants in Hardanger. The restaurant is located in the old farmyard cluster in Fykse in the midst of an amazing cultural landscape. Dishes served using produce sourced locally. We cater for groups. We also offer experiences such as visits to a local cave and Hardanger fiddle concerts. In 1999 the village was awarded the Cultural Landscape Award of Hordaland County. There is an abundance of old stone walls and a unique pastoral landscape in a stunning natural setting. An excellent area for light walks. Well worth a break on your journey along Hardangerfjorden. Please book ahead.
